Standing on the edge of Sunset Cliffs, San Diego – sometimes you can’t see the beauty beneath you.  But, there are many nice views if you are willing to climb down some slippery rocks.  Hold on to your kids.  🙂

I got up bright and early for some rooftop pictures.  It was probably the most peaceful setting of the whole vacation.  The fresh ocean air was blowing in.  Everything was silent as the day begun.

We love Southern California. So, what better place to vacation than San Diego.  While there, my friend and I wondered, if no-one planted palm trees anymore would they continue to thrive there?  There are so many palm trees in Southern California but, they are not indigenous.  Every last one of them is planted, … right?
