Just to update you all on what I’ve been doing lately, I have been working on my artistry. I have a mentor in The Arcanum (http://thearcanum.com/) who has selected me to be an apprentice. My mentor is Robin Griggs Wood (http://www.robingriggswood.com/). I’m already learning a lot and really enjoying making new artwork.
Not typically what you expect to see from Scotland, but we also have a lovely garden with beautiful red maple trees.

Andrea does all the vacation planning. So, I rarely know what we’re in for when we go on a trip. But, this time I don’t even think she knew about this. On a recommendation from some strangers we met the day before, we rode a cable car to the top of a mountain and found stunning views in every direction. Amazing!

The Fall colors are wonderful in the forests of the Highlands in Scotland. I spent a whole day just wandering around capturing the beauty.
